HOW IT WORKS

One review. A connected chain of evidence.

Define the scope, inspect the source material, resolve findings and independently re-verify the correction. Preserve the accepted context in a frozen record.

ONE CASE. A CONNECTED RECORD.

From first evidence to a defensible handover.

Keep the source, the corrective work and the independent decision connected throughout the review.

FINDING F-001

Test evidence is incomplete.

Missing material remains an open question.

Workflow illustration, not customer results. Your pilot validates the agreed path with real evidence.

01

Define the case and the decision

Agree the review boundary, applicable requirements, evidence needs and responsible people. Name who performs corrective work and who can independently review it.

02

Connect evidence to findings

Run checks against the selected rule versions. Inspect the source behind each finding and keep missing or uncertain evidence visible. AI assists the review; people make the accountable decisions.

03

Correct and independently re-verify

Link corrective evidence to the original finding. A separately authorised reviewer evaluates the revised material and records the result. An unresolved item remains open.

04

Freeze the reviewed context

Preserve the accepted evidence and rule versions with the review record. Verify the frozen record’s integrity. Later changes can require a new current review without erasing that history.

YOUR FIRST CASE

What does your next review need to prove?

Bring the case, the evidence and the people responsible for the decision. We will work through the scope together.
