  • Same 10-case / 25-contributor capacity
  • One production + one non-production environment
  • Shared capacity across both environments
  • Supported releases & agreed software support

Customer-operated. AWS infrastructure and agreed third-party dependencies are additional.

Annual subscriptions are scoped with your team and activated after the agreed workflow and deployment acceptance. Enquiries are not self-service purchases.

Prices exclude applicable taxes. Assisted implementation, custom integration, migration and professional review are separately scoped. Storage, processing allowances, retention and support terms are agreed before activation.

The practical questions.

What counts as an active case?

Capacity means up to 10 cases being worked on at the same time, not 10 cases per year. Evidence collection, checks, correction and re-verification use active capacity. Archiving releases a slot; reopening uses a slot again. Storage, archive access, retention and export terms are agreed in the order.

Are corrections and re-verification charged again?

Work within the same agreed case scope is included. A materially different review scope, additional integration or professional service is separately agreed. Processing and storage allowances are defined before activation.

Can outside contributors or reviewers participate?

We agree the external roles, assigned case access and revocation process during qualification. External participants receive only the access accepted for the engagement.

What does Private Cloud include?

A supported Regula software release for one production and one non-production environment in the agreed customer AWS deployment, with shared business capacity. The customer operates the environment and pays infrastructure and permitted dependency costs. Installation guidance is included; assisted deployment and bespoke architecture are separately scoped.

Does Private Cloud keep every data flow inside my account?

The processing providers, model endpoints, regions and network paths must be agreed and verified for your deployment. A customer AWS installation alone does not mean offline operation or that every inference service runs inside your account.

Can we purchase through AWS Marketplace?

AWS Marketplace listings are in preparation. Contact us about your procurement requirements; no Marketplace listing or instant checkout is currently offered on this site.

What if the pilot does not qualify the workflow?

The qualification record identifies unmet criteria, unresolved findings and the agreed next steps. A blocked or incomplete pilot does not earn the successful-acceptance credit. Any further work is agreed separately.

Does Regula provide compliance certification?

Regula supports the evidence and review workflow. Qualified people remain responsible for professional opinions, formal sign-off and regulatory decisions. Professional review services are separately scoped.

YOUR FIRST CASE

What does your next review need to prove?

Bring the case, the evidence and the people responsible for the decision. We will work through the scope together.
