01

Before kickoff · agree the conditions

Confirm the case, authorised evidence, reviewers, environment, access, payment arrangement and acceptance criteria. The delivery window begins only when the agreed kickoff conditions are met.

02

Evidence and first review

Build the evidence register, identify missing material and run the agreed checks. Review the findings with the named decision owners.

03

Correction and independent re-verification

Work through agreed corrective actions and review the revised evidence independently. Keep any unresolved finding visible; corrections are not automatic acceptance.

04

Qualification and handover

Assess the artifacts and operating conditions against the agreed criteria. Record successful acceptance, limitations or blocking issues. Successful acceptance starts the 30-day annual-order credit window.

A REAL CASE. A DOCUMENTED OUTCOME.

Know what the pilot needs to prove.

Agree the case and acceptance criteria before kickoff. Assess each artifact against real evidence, with unresolved items visible in the final qualification outcome.
