TRUST & DEPLOYMENT

Clear responsibility. Agreed data boundaries.

The scope of a review and the treatment of its evidence should be explicit. We agree the controls your case requires before customer evidence enters the workflow.

01

People own the decision

Evidence integrity does not establish professional correctness. Qualified reviewers decide whether the evidence is sufficient and whether the conclusion is sound. Regula does not issue regulatory approvals.

02

Know where processing happens

The current supervised pilot uses AWS Sydney hosting and external inference services. We agree the named providers, data flows, processing locations and permitted evidence before customer material is supplied. AWS hosting is not an all-data-in-AWS claim.

03

Agree access and retention

Define the people, case access, storage allowance, retention, export and deletion arrangements for the engagement. External roles and automated retention must pass their acceptance checks before you rely on them.

04

Qualify your AWS deployment

Private Cloud runs in the agreed customer AWS environment. The customer controls and operates that environment. Provider endpoints, network paths, installation, updates and recovery are verified for the agreed deployment; an AWS installation does not by itself mean offline operation.

TWO DEPLOYMENT PATHS

Choose who operates the environment.

Team SaaS

Your team reviews the case. Regula operates the agreed software environment.
